Who the fuck is Ilse Koch? One may ask?
Better known after the war as the "Bitch of Buchenwald" ,she allegedly chose inmates with Tattoo's to be killed and their skin to be made into decorative lampshades.At both of her trials, this was proved to be absolute bollocks.This didn't help her escape being given a life sentence, during which she topped herself in the six six sixties(note clever Throbbing Gristle reference?).
Lady Nazi's seem to be a popular male fantasy, but as I earlier mentioned in my piece on 'Women Ov Thee SS' and Irma Grese, "The Angel Of Auschwitz", they weren't 'lookers', and i'm sorry to inform you, never wore patent leather jackboots, fishnets stockings and crotchless PVC panties. They were as rough as old arseholes. Twat number 2 is none other than Chuck Manson, and his very appropriate self-penned number,"Cease To Exist". Appropriate because neither he or Ilse 'Exist' anymore in 2018. Which makes this world slightly less of a shithole for their absence from it. At least Manson never joined the Monkees, for whom he allegedly auditioned in 1965....which by the way is Total urban mythology style Crap!.....membership of which is equally a jail-able offence.
Twat number three is the self-proclaimed 'Beast', posh bloke Aliester Crowley, who thought so much of his own legend that he believed he was some sort of incarnation of the devil or something. That's no bad thing, but his introduction of that bloody daft spelling style,for example, 'ov & Magick', that all Industrial artists inflicted on the world, is almost unforgivable.
So on this rather silly tribute LP we have Germans,Italians, and some Japanese imperial army tune, which opens the album to complete the Axis powers representation.Then, to make things worse we have some augmented rubbish from a deluded Devil wannabe, and an attention starved murder cult guru.....charming.
There are some good bits however,like Nurse With Wound,and Whitehouse are always game for a laugh, so don't let Ilses' frowny fizzog put you off.
